Özet
Mastalgia is one of the most common complaints among women aged 15 to 40 years. Mastalgia can originate from one or both breast tissues. Pain is one of the most significant physical factors that affect a person's quality of life. It affects the emotional state and quality of life of patients, who have varying tolerances and responses to pain. Approximately twothirds of women complain about mastalgia during their reproductive years and seek help from breast clinics. Mastalgia ranges from mild to severe and can be intermittent or constant throughout the day. It usually occurs in the upper outer quadrant of the breast and sometimes radiates to the same side arm.
