Özet
We report a case of biatrial thrombus entrapped in a patent foramen ovale (PFO) in a 39-year-old woman under oral contraceptive therapy who was admitted to our hospital with multiple pulmonary embolism without paradoxical embolism. We present this case because of the relatively unusual thromboembolic disease. © 2010 Italian Federation of Cardiology.
