Özet
A 40-year-old man presented to us with infertility. During scrotal ultrasonography, a heterogeneous nodular mass was seen in the right testicle. Surprisingly, histopathological examination revealed shadow cells, which are the characteristic feature of pilomatrixomas. © 2014 BMJ Publishing Group.
