Every disease may be simulated. It should be displayed that there is no any organic pathology by the tests in the diagnosis of malingering. Many ear, nose and throat disorders may be simulated such as hearing loss, vertigo, respiratory distress, swallowing disorders, smell disorders etc. Malingering patients may identified by careful examinations. © 2010 by Türkiye Klinikleri.
