Özet
Bloody nipple discharge seldom occurs in childhood and likewise the diagnosis of intraductal papilloma is quite rare. We report a 12-year-old girl who presented with the complaint of bloody nipple discharge. On physical examination she had a discrete painless firm and mobile mass on the right upper quadrant of her left breast. The mass measured 5x4x4 cm. The laboratory investigations revealed an endocrinological profile within the normal limits. The ultrasonographic examination and the galactography findings were consistent with an intraductal papilloma. The tumor was removed by a local excision. Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of intraductal papilloma. The patient has been followed up for one year with no breast deformity or recurrence.
