Özet
The progressive vaso-occlusive changes that occur in diabetes mellitus and end stage renal disease may result in penile necrosis, an uncommon urological condition. Patients with penile necrosis are reported to have poor outcomes and, because of the limited number of cases, the best treatment is unclear. We present a case of penile gangrene with end stage renal disease due to type 2 diabetes mellitus. Copyright © 2006 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
