Özet
Collagenomas are rare benign lesions characterized by hamartomatous collagen proliferation, which may be isolated or eruptive. This case describes an isolated submucosal collagenoma in the rectum of a 50-year-old female patient. This case contributes to the literature on rare localized collagenomas, emphasizing the need to differentiate them from other mesenchymal tumors.
