Özet
Atresia of the appendix vermiformis is very rare condition, and has been reported previously only in a male newborn who has multiple jejunal atresia. In this case report, the authors present a unique case of atresia of the appendix vermiformis which was detected during routine abdominal exploration in a 3-day-oldfemale newborn with colonic atresia.
