Özet
A 27-year-old male athlete presented with chronic right dorsal midfoot pain and limitation in midfoot movements. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated an nondisplaced osteochondral fragment within the proximal articular surface of the tarsal navicular.
