Özet
Darier's disease is a rare inherited disorder of keratinization, usually beginning in the first or second decade of life. It is characterized by keratotic papules distributed in the seborrheic areas of the body, palmar keratosis, nail dystrophy and mucous membranes. In the treatment, although there was many treatment modalities,disseminated cases respond good to systemic retinoids. We report two cases from same family that were diagnosed as Darier's disease clinically and histopathologically, and respond well to the acitretine in the treatment.
