Özet
Circadian sleep-wake rhythm disorders are classified into seven groups according to the third revision of The International Classification of Sleep Disorders (ICSD-3), updated in 2014. Intrinsic circadian rhythm disorders have various environmental, functional, or genetic facilitators. Abnormalities in circadian rhythm may lead not only to sleep and wake disorders but also various physiological, behavioral, and social problems. Appropriate diagnosis of these disorders will increase the possibilities for both treatment and prevention.
