Özet
Duplications are rare congenital anomalies that can be seen anywhere on gastrointestinal tract. This anomalies are most frequently seen in ileum and least frequently in duodenum. When they are in duodenum, they are generally at first or second parts. For symptomatic patients main treatment option is surgery and total excision should be preferred. Asymptomatic patients may be followed. But, as there are malignities originating from duplication cysts on literature, they should be followed closely. We presented a 24 year old male patient with duodenal duplication cyst.
