Özet
Treatments targeting JAK inhibitors can be used in two ways as oral and topical. JAK inhibitors currently used topically are tofacitinib, ruxolitinib, delgocitinib and brepocitinib. In this section, the properties of topical janus kinase inhibitors and the dermatological diseases in which they are used, atopic dermatitis, vitiligo, alopecia areata and psoriasis vulgaris will be discussed.
