Özet

In this paper a computer program derived to analyze and simulate nonlinear behavior of transistor circuits containing no dynamic elements is described. To represent the bipolar transistor, the nonlinear low-frequency model proposed first by D. Leblebici and extended later by H. Kuntman is used in the program. The derived program provides the possibility to analyze and simulate bipolar transistor circuits without any limitation for the topology. It was observed that the results obtained by using the program are in good agreement with the nonlinear behavior of actual circuits.
