Özet
The use of somastostatin and its analogues in the treatment of chyle fistula is a new approach and has been documented in a few cases. In this study, we present the case of a male patient with chyle fistula that was stopped completely within 24 hours after the somatostatin therapy. © 2010 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
