Özet
Isoniazid is a commonly used and mostly preferred drug in tuberculosis. There are two formulations which contain 'INH' in Turkish drug market. It is well known that the dosage forms containing the same active substance in the same amount can show different bioavailability patterns. In this study ten different formulations which contain different disintegrants were prepared by wet and dry granulation methods. These tablet formulations were examined using the official quality control and dissolution tests and compared with two commercially available INH formulations in Turkey.
