Özet
Castleman Disease (angiofollicular lymph node hyperplasia, giant lymph node hyperplasia) is a rarely seen condition with incompletely understood etiology. Predominantly clinical and histological findings determine the choice of treatment. In this case we present a 10-year old patient (single-region, hyaline vascular type Castleman Disease) with a tumour in the right axillary region which had an operation but the tumour has not been totally excised. In this paper the properties of the disease and treatment modalities have been discussed with review of the literature.
