Özet
Digital flexor tenosynovitis which is widely known as "trigger finger" is a condition that occurs due to the thickening of the flexor tendon in the distal palm. When the thickened tendon abnormally glides in the tendon sheath, tendon is squeezed specifically at the corner of the A1 pulley (first annular pulley). The patients have difficulties in making flexion and extension in the affected finger. This situation causes pain especially in opening the locked finger against the resistance. Multiple digital flexor tenosinovitis is a rare condition which may be seen generally secondary to collagen vascular diseases and infectious diseases. In this report, we presented a 26 years old patient with bilateral multiple digital flexor tenosynovitis.
