Özet

Trichoepithelioma and chondroid syringoma are rare epidermal appendage tumors. Trichoepithelioma differentiate to hair structures but chondroid syringoma differentiate to eccrine sweat glands. A twenty-eight-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with a lesion that is 0.6 cm in diameter and situated on the right nasolabial sulcus. There are many cystic spaces on the macroscopic examination. Microscopically, the most of the lesion is chondroid syringoma and it was noted that there was a trichoepithelioma as a second tumor. Although these two lesions have been reported in the literature, we could not find any record about the presence of these tumors in the same lesion. We reported this case to emphasize this rare co-existence and reviewed the literature.
