Özet
Lhermitte-Duclos disease (LDD) is a tumor-like but non-neoplastic developmental abnormality of the cerebellar cortex caused primarily by massive enlargement of the neurons in the internal granular cell layer. The exact pathogenesis, genetic alterations and the radiologic findings have not been fully understood since it is a rare disease. We would like to present magnetic resonance and diffusion imaging findings of a patient with histopathologically confirmed LDD who has increased signal on apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) maps. © 2005 Elsevier Ireland Ltd.
