Özet
Although liposarcoma is the most common soft tissue sarcomas, head and neck sarcomas especially orbital liposarcoma is very rare. So we decided to evaluate a patient with orbital lyposarcoma who treated and followed-up in our clinic as a case report. A 43-year-old male patient had visual loss since 2003. Heterogen solid mass about 3×3.9×3.5 cm was in right medial rectus in orbital computed tomography. The mass was excised completely. External radiotherapy with Co 60 teletherapy was given 50 Gy/25 fraction. In his clinical control after the operation, no recurrence and metasthasis was detected.
