Özet
Phytobezoars develop after excessive consumption of cellulose-rich fruits or vegetables. Small bowel obstruction is the most common complication of phytobezoar. They are usually treated with various surgical procedures. We aimed to present a case of intestinal obstruction caused by undigested grapes as an unusual underlying cause in an eighteen-month-old boy, and to describe clinical presentation, diagnostic work up and management of this case.
