Özet
We read with interest the study by Lin et al. in your journal, titled “The Impact of Cilostazol in Refractory Vasospastic Angina,” evaluating cilostazol therapy in patients with refractory vasospastic angina (VSA) [1]. The authors address an important gap in clinical practice by presenting “real-world” data in this challenging patient population, who continue to experience disabling angina despite maximally tolerated calcium channel blocker and nitrate therapy.
