Özet
Postinfarction ventricular septal defect (VSD) is a rare (1-2%) but often fatal complication of myocardial infarction (MI). Medical treatment is known to be not efficient in these cases and thus, early surgical treatment is recommended. We report a unique case that two separate and a typically located (midseptal and subpulmonic) post-MI VSDs were repaired successfully through right atrial and subpulmonic approaches.
