Reconstructive treatment for vertebrobasilar junction (VBJ) aneurysms involves repairing or rebuilding the damaged portion of the blood vessel to prevent future rupture or bleeding. These aneurysms are a rare and complex subgroup of saccular aneurysms and require careful consideration when determining the most appropriate treatment method. Endovascular techniques, such as stent placement or flow diverter deployment, are often utilized in reconstructive treatment. The specific technique will depend on various factors, including the size, location, and type of aneurysm as the patient's overall health and medical history. The current study reported three successful cases of VBJ aneurysms treated through combined reconstructive endovascular methods.
