Özet

Objective: Some hypotheses regarding the causative parameters exist in individuals with low oocyte maturation. Among the current hypotheses in our study, it was aimed to investigate the ART cycle parameters likely to affect the low maturation rate and to interpret the parameters found significant. Material and Methods: The data of 201 female individuals who applied to Centrum Clinic Private Ankara Women's Health and IVF Center between 01.07.2020 and 01.12.2021 were included in this study retrospectively. The parameters considered within the scope of the research are as follows: Female age, AMH level, TSH level, number of oocytes collected and MII oocytes, protocol applied (short/long), total induction time, maximal serum estradiol level, ovulation triggering agent used (hCG or double trigger), ovarian stimulation time, used is the cumulative gonadotropin use. Results: In the current retrospective data analysis, when we determined the maturation rate threshold value as 75%, when a comparison was made between the two groups determined as low maturation and normal maturation; no difference was observed TSH level, female age distribution, total induction time, ovulation triggering agent used (hCG or double trigger), ovarian stimulation time, cumulative go-nadotropin dose used, total induction time, maximal serum estradiol level, ovulation agent used parameters and maturation categories. Conclusion: As a result, it was observed that AMH value, female age, and maximal serum estradiol level affected retrieval oocyte and mature oocytes. To ob-tain clinically comprehensive results: Comprehensive studies are needed by adding different parameters.
