Özet
The treatment process for breast cancer varies depending on the stage of the disease. Breast care is prioritized in a multidisciplinary approach. Regional and systemic treatments are administered concurrently. One of the major challenges in the treatment of breast cancer is its heterogeneous structure, which significantly impacts the application of therapeutic treatments. There is no single standard approach to breast cancer treatment due to the presence of many subtypes and the emergence of genetic, epigenetic, and translational changes. Efforts are also being made to develop new treatments to address issues such as resistance to existing treatments and tumor recurrence after treatment. In recent years, advancements in technology and new systems have brought about personalized treatment options for breast cancer, tailored to the specific characteristics of the disease.
