Özet
Primary lymphoma of the liver is an extremely rare type of neoplasms. The disease is localized in the liver without another organ or lymph gland involument. They are usually large cell non-Hodgkin's lymphomas originating from B cell Imaging studies reveal nonspecific findings including solitary or multiple mass lesions in the hepatic tissue and sometimes diffuse enlargement of the liver. In this report we present a patient with massive hepatomegaliy and nonspecific symptoms. Liver biopsy was performed to establish a diagnosis of non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma of the liver without extrahepatic involument.
