Özet
An avulsion is a common type of serious injury. Avulsed teeth may be lost or replanted may not occur as a result of long-term follow-up. This situation required applying various treatments instead of avulsed teeth in a way that will not adversely affect growth and development in children. In this case report, treatment approaches applied to 3 different patients who lost their upper incisors after avulsion are presented. In the first case, the patient's teeth were lost at the accident site. A fixed space maintainer was made because the patient did not cooperate. In the second case, the tooth of the patient who applied to our clinic with an avulsed tooth was replanted. After 2 years of follow-up, the tooth with external resorption was extracted and replaced with a fiber-reinforced adhesive bridge. In the third case, a 10-year-old male patient, whose avulsed tooth number 12 could not be replanted, was applied to a removable space maintainer with tooth insertion.
