Özet
Poland syndrome is a congenital anomaly characterized by the absence of ipsilateral pectoralis major muscle and deformities of upper extremities and anterior chest wall. Its incidence is one in 30.000 live births. Herein, we report the case of an 18-year-old male with Poland syndrome who presented with absence of the second and third fingers and shortness of the forth finger in the left hand in addition to absence of the left pectoral muscle group and pectus excavatum, as well as we review the characteristics of this syndrome in the light of the literature.
