Özet

Skin health is very important for identifying the well-being of topical conditions of the body. Due to the increasing exposure to chemicals, pollution, and substances used in our daily lives, our skin has become very sensitive, making it necessary to detect the harsh effects of these chemicals. Some experimental tools have been designed to study skin allergies and sensitization; however, due to limitations in detection technology, new tools and methods need to be implemented. Therefore, the field of sensing technology has evolved with high-throughput methods that enable rapid signal detection and the creation of advanced skin health diagnostic technologies. This includes data generation, data analytics, descriptor detection, integration, and signal processing to effectively oversee, diagnose, and manage various skin ailments. This chapter contributes by highlighting the emerging role of advanced sensing technologies integrated with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in monitoring and diagnosing skin health. It emphasizes how data-driven signal processing and high-throughput methods can revolutionize dermatological care through precise, personalized, and proactive skin health management.
