Özet
Pansadoro et al determined the local anesthetics in post transurethral surgery urethral strictures in 1993. In the transurethral surgical interventions done at GATA Department of Urology lubricating gels containing various local anesthetics were used and the urethral strictures occurring afterwards were retrospectively analyzed. Measurement of conductivity than that of glycerine and 10.16% stricture rate has been detected in surgical interventions where local anesthetics-containing gels were used whilst no stricture has been noted when glycerine was used.
